One of the best parts about getting to design wedding gowns is to design a gown for someone you know. In this case it’s our cousin Cody’s fiancee who’s having her own custom gown made for her special day. Cody and Brittney met back in 2010 when they took a school trip to Europe. They fell in love and in November 2011 Cody proposed. Cody is Jared’s little cousin and I’ve known him since he was about 11 years old. Now he’s all grown up and getting ready to marry the gorgeous Brittney who just happens to share my same birthday Sep 20. I can’t share any secrets about her gown just yet ( I keep telling Cody her gown is hot pink and lime green) but I can say I am so very excited and honored to create this gorgeous gown for her.
